Ok. Understood. That means TSH target price by them is still RM2, what ever negative comments that follow are no longer relevant, right?

If you don mind, kindly elaborate how long is needed for long term? Because your target has change from end of dec 2022 to June 2023.

Insider buying is no guarantee for price to go up. Look at Topglove. So you cannot argue that it is a sure thing. You have better chance than no insider buying but for you to imply that it is a sure thing is totally misleading

calvintaneng, the hero of Netx

calvin should know better. In Netx, rights were raised and what happened, the insiders were the buyers! calvin got very excited. insiders were buying. using their own hard earned money. in other counters, calvin often dropped the possibility of privatisation too.

We are seeing the same, same, same promotion from the hero of NETX, calvintaneng; repeated so many times, perhaps, too often.

insiders maybe buying, but you still need to do your own due diligence. There is no way around this.

A ready buyer of 500,000 shares everyday. Not much change in the price.
So, there is also a ready seller of 500,000 shares everyday.
It may even be from one pocket or related pocket to another.

Insider purchases and sales noteworthy milestones but no road map to investing success.

You're building a mosaic to decide whether you want to be invested in a company, this is just one piece of the puzzle.

But be careful before you follow in a CEO's footsteps. Knowing how much stock to put into an insider's actions, literally and figuratively, is a tricky business.

The most important aspect that the lay investor should keep in mind is that it is a first screen. Despite that caveat, though, "it's the best one that I know of".

When you see an executive put large sums of money on the line, clearly that's a signal that he feels very confident, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the stock's going to go up.

Some insider buying maybe just simply window dressing or a statement to investors.

It's possible that smaller purchases could be aimed largely at drumming up more buying.

They may hope that the publicity of their having bought will have a positive effect on the direction of the market price.
