Yes. The banking system influenced by the West, 3 months no repayment, you are taught to called it "non-performing loan", borrowed under Visa/Master card is 18% of interest p.a.

All these invented by the greedy banker(s) that even controlling your central banks.
The commercial banks do not have the hearts to charge that high, is killing the consumers. So the commercial banks asking the borrowers to relief of the loan under credit card to personal loan which is cheaper.

Suppose u own...a USA 50m mansion.....u need to pay property tax of 2% or USD 1m every year mah!
