However, TSH and Innoprise can be considered. TSH due to the coming very good results, and Innoprise due to no borrowings, and thus very good dividend yield. CPO is still profitable as at the current price, selling price of CPO higher than production cost of around 2500. Uncle Koon , do investigate these two shares, as it is better than JTiasa and Subur Tiasa.

lastest ffb is over 100,000 tonnes and Cpo price (above Rm3300 to Rm3800)

in year 2019 Cpo was only Rm2200

so Jtiasa is extremely undervalue

At 50 sen with dividend of 2.8 sen the dividend is 5.6% better than Bank FD

also At 50 sen with Nav of Rm1.31 there is huge discount of 62% to Nta

Dr Tan Chong Koay has two Pheim funds in Jtiasa

these are successful fund managers

Jtiasa borrowings was over Rm800 millions 5 years ago

Now jtiasa borrowings pared down to a mere Rm300 millions

Wirh just one month ffb harvest 100,000 tonnes at rm700 price a ton it will be rm70 million revenue

In one year revenue will be Rm70 mil x 12 or Rm840 million

Revenue is 2x debt

This is crazy

Operation cost increase. Short of labor, increase in OT and drastic increase of fertilizer price, increase of material cost such as metal, spart parts and transportation has increase cost substancially. This hasn't take into consideration petrol will be float as market price and increase of electricity cost.
