Transportation system in Malaysia is messed up big time. Road and rail system looks like spaghetti from the top view. Uncoordinated, overlapping ad detach connecting system.
Getting from point A to B, takes hour(s) with multiple mode of travel. Travelling to a short route requires multiple bus plus train with minimum one hour travel. The worst is the last mile connecting mode which takes forever. Passengers are at the mercy of drivers with attitude. Post-mortem is required. Transportation cost is the next biggest hole in citizen's wallet.
