Put it this way loh!

The majority of the Private Sector especially the Chinese.....there is no such thing as favoritism to Malay or Chinese....if u R good .....U will be employed & promoted mah!

In fact malays employees make up.....more than 40% of non malay control companies loh!

The call to the Govt sector....to make some allowance to employ some non bumi....is to add some strength & diversity to the Govt service mah!

As public sectors make up 90% of malay employment....it make sense & no harm for them consciously increase the employment non bumi allocation by 3% to 5% over time.
That i see it is difficult task to fulfil....bcos the Chinese do not like Govt service & thus likely more Indians will be employ if govt go for this policy.

For the malays....the Private Sector should be able to sustain the employment of malays at more than 40% of its workforce mah!

Btw in 1970.....non bumi were 45% of the govt workforce loh!
Today it is only 5% loh!
