Indeed this anti alibaba law will help curb the very unhealthy corrupt practice of our lawmakers! Usually those in power will have around few dummy companies to bid for projects! Once getting the project, they pass down to subcontractor with 10% commission! And the subcontractor pass down to another subcontractor for the same 10% commission! And goes on and on! That's why we keep getting a very sub quality projects!
