Real estate and Housing should not be an investment.
Real estate must be banned. No one or any entity should be allowed to own land.
All land belongs to the government.
Settlers just pay squatting fees for their allocated space.
This way there will not be any speculation on house prices and lazy bums making vulgar profits from real estate.
