Kg Baru is a Malay Reserved Land. It cannot equate with non-Malay Reserve Land, unless land status is changed.

Only way to realize the true or full value is to remove the Malay Reserved restriction on the land.

we set aside a quota for Malays. but when they want to buy we say that the quota is over. then we complained to the government that there was no buyer for the Malay quota. allow us to sell it to non-bumi.
