He is a Malaysian. He chose to bring his wealth to Singapore. His home town Teluk Anson (now Teluk Intan) is still a very poor and under-developed town. Too bad Kacang Sudah Lupa Kulit, and now steamed alive.

many talented ppl like Ong Beng Seng migrate to singapore, australia, usa, uk, new zealand
even the famouse Robert Kuok which ppl still regarded as malaysia, actually spend most of his time in Hong Kong! not malaysia!
