Why pay back when you know you can get away with it. Put you in jail, declare you as bankrupt? None of these will take place. Malaysian government just too soft on these defaulters because they are vote bank. Nobody want to be a bad guy. So, how to solve problems.

Taking any kind of LOAN must be repaid.
It is bad habit for not paying back dues.
It reflects poor money management or utter disregard of responsibility.
