Thplant, like Bplant, is more asset play than earnings

75% is asset play
25% earning

People missed Bplant due to its many old trees needed replanting

For Thplant lands along and beside Ecrl rail now too precious for planting palm oil as many areas are turning into industries and new Townships

Lands owned by Thplant in Kertih now are literal gold mines in value

Along in Serian and in Bintulu Thplant lands are just beside the Pan Borneo Highway
They have commercial potential and will get far far better value as industries

All these lands got average book value of Rm5250 and are fully owned by Tsh

Inno owns zero lands as all belong to Sabah Govt

For jtiasa 70% of its lands are "rented" and only 30% owned

So jtiasa is not asset play like Bplant, Thplant, Rsawit or Tsh resources

After Tok Mat says, Planting on gold mines" Ltat took Bplant private at Rm1.55 (was 57 sen buy call)

Then Bplant sold 1200 acres for Rm400 mil cash to Kedah Govt for Kulim Ind Park

That is Rm333,000 an acre sale price

A check with Thplant shows the book value only Rm30000 an acre cost

So by one sale Ltat made 1,000%

So even if Bplant could get 10% profit it will take 100 years of selling for 10% profit per year also cannot match just selling it off for 1,000% profit instantly
