In priority, Ucrest needs to sign a formal Agreement of Terms and Conditions with Russia, before they can proceed with manufacturing. Without which the deal is not certainty, not easy for price to fly.

WHO & WHERE COULD BE THE 2 CONTRACT MANUFACTURERS THAT HAVE SIGNED CONTRACT MANUFACTURING AGREEMENTS WITH UCREST BE LOCATED IN CHINA (abt 475M doses per yr)?

In view of UCrest's cooperative relationship with the Chinese government & state-owned enterprises in the Shanxi Province, it's very likely that these 2 contract manufacturers could be located there itself. Chances are these 2 companies could be amongst the names listed below: -

The important of formal Agreement is, Ucrest would be free of any responsibility cause by uncertainty. The vaccines produced will send to Russia, and it is Russia's concern to sell to any parties.

Anyway, just wondering why there are still no interest from major shareholders or BODs to add more stake? If the business model is exceptional as the CEO has portrayed, we should expect more interest from them. This will convinve others to add more units for this stock.

Just something to ponder...this is one of the reason I still have doubt to enter...any expert want to share opinions?
