UCrest business model as explained by the director:

UCrest engage manufacturers to produce Sputnik vaccine, UCrest then sells the vaccine to RDIF, RDIF sells it to it's customers (i.e. Duopharma)

We should be happy that Malaysia finally approved the use of sputnik V in the National Vaccination Program, we have one more vaccine choice and it's a good news for Ucrest which is one of the supplier of Sputnik V, mean there will be more demand going forward. Remember, Ucrest is managing the manufacturing of vaccine, not the distributor or supplier of Sputnik V in Malaysia.
