PUC集团（PUC 0007）表示，该公司将对大马电子商务平台11Street投资高达9000万令吉，以获得这家电子商务平台的控制管理权。

PUC集团今日向大马股票交易所报备指出，该公司已和Celcom Planet Sdn Bhd, Axiata Digital Services Sdn Bhd (ADS) 及SK Planet Global Holdings Pte Ltd (SKP) 三家公司签署有条件合约，以落实上述计划。

PUC集团顺利完成9000万令吉投资後，将换得11Street Malaysia的24%股权，ADS持37%，SKP 持39%。

以PUC集团的投资来计算，持有11Street Malaysia的联营公司（CPSB）价值为3亿3333万令吉至3亿7500万令吉之间。

Celcom Planet Sdn Bhd,是以联营方式，和Axiata Digital Services Sdn Bhd (ADS) 及SK Planet Global Holdings Pte Ltd (SKP)共同经营11Street电子商务平台

@Sitia. This is Macquarie Bank PP subscription style, agreement for 6 months, maybe they will spend 2 months to subscript the shares, from last week till today only 18m shares done from 159m, hope can faster complete and don't let you guy wait too long, but after PP, nobody can warranty price will gap up, cause after PP, PUC ordinary shares is over 1.7b, will reduce the share price's value.So I choose left here, hope i'm wrong and you guy can get profit more here. The new MoUs involve RedHot Media Sdn Bhd (RHM) with Axiata Digital Advertising Sdn Bhd (ada) and EPP Solution Sdn Bhd (Presto) with Axiata Digital eCode Sdn Bhd (Boost).

RHM and ada have entered into a partnership of which RHM will be ada’s (analytics, data, advertising) agency to handle all traditional media buying and planning services.

Likewise, ada will be RHM’s agency to provide digital services which include but are not limited to digital media buying, programmatic, social media management and other related services.
