Aiyo.......really ha.....karang guni company pun mau diversify to property.....aiyoyo.....why leh.....property easy money si boh.....aiyoyo......how to compete with big boys outside there leh......tak faham leh......wa invest karang guni company....dia mau bikin property bz....ini macam apa punya diversification leh......takda gam leh......focus on karang guni bz lah......dun do something that the company dun have expertise lah......later kena burnt baru tau lor...cashflow later habis invest...later kena bank loan again ...or right issue or PP again......aiyoyo......must rethink it mah.......ha ha ha
