palm oil stock all shoot up , But Scope price never moves !!! (As at 30 June 2021, total plantation land stands at approximately 1,736 hectare of which 87.3% or 1,516 hectare are planted with oil palms. As at 30 June 2021, all of the planted area comprise of mature trees. The average yield for this year was lower at 8.37MT/hectare compared to 9.87MT/hectare in the previous year.)
I guess eventually it will move as the major shareholders may not want to sell their plantation land anymore. CPO today is RM 7.2k. With higher orders for electronics segment, i think quarter results will be satisfactory. So just be patient.
scope is knows for its electronics segment rather than plantation, public might forget they have huge plantation land in east malaysia. with CPO pricing going up, commissioning of new factory, overflowing electronic orders due to lockdown from china. this coming Q result and next Q result should be higher y-o-y. however, the higher labour and raw material cost wont wash away the profit margin
Yes positive, their business should be safe n sound too (plantation, electrical & ems).. But the mgt must work smarter and do more on IR coverage / shares /biz image promotion....

Labor shortages can be overcome by laborer's from Philippines & other S.E. Asian countries… I think the share price will fall further…… NEWHAND palm oil stock all shoot up , But Scope price never moves !!!
