BLee: Hi @whistlebower99, due to new regulation of any counters which did PP fundraising in 2020 and 2021, will NOT be eligible to do any more fundraising in 2022.

"The 20% general mandate previously announced on April 16, 2020 will be extended for another 12 months for listed issuers that have not raised any funds using the 20% Mandate in 2020 or 2021."

BLee: If without mandate, I presume needs Shareholders approval in AGM/EGM for any proposal which can take months for approval. Like KNM case, the trend of online voting which more shareholders can join, any unjust proposal can be defeated. Just my 2sen for discussion...
Note: Can see very high volume of trading for some counters KGroup invested in, something brewing?

KGroup finally moved out of 1.5sen standing firmly at 2sen. So Today is KGroup turn to bounce up. 2022 will be medical and 5G/cloud storage play?? KGroup in both with Komark and TREEMED SDN BHD in medical, and XOX/XOXNET in 5G/cloud storage..

BLee: Hi @richman, qty of selling and buying always match. As of now, buying queue at 1.5sen still above 50%, meaning more willing buyer than seller..that's how I see it. Today KGroup trades quite erratic as buying and selling traded in big waves, interesting to see how the next few days trade.

BLee: Hi @whistlebower99, I think you posted in the wrong forum as both companies have nothing related to KGroup to my knowledge..

- KGroup did not announce any share consolidation. Anyway, share consolidation will not dilute NTA as reduction in NOSH will increase in NTA proportionally..no issue.

- KGroup and some invested counters such as Komark at present on an uptrend and on the growth path; don't see the reason for consolidation..
KGroup price 52W low of 1sen vs this morning trading of around 2sen, around 100% increase.
Komark price 52W low of 8sen vs this morning trading of around 13sen, around 62.5% increase.
