@MZM2511, just take the bull by the horns, give them the benefit of doubt on the wrong info. I have highlighted one of the wrong info by @Gtrade in Focus D forum, just to give them a friendly correction.

I see the issuing of shares at 5 sen when market trading at 3 sen seems advantageous to the company and shareholders. Usually all these new shares come with a moratorium not being able to sell for a certain period. Of course, there are many instances of 'jack-up prices' in exchange for cash and shares. As a minority investor, our avenue to show our disapproval for all this PP/ESOS/etc will be at this i3 forum.
