if we buy 1,000, we got additional 2,000 = 3,000, free warrants only if we subscribe to the rights...offer price for rights is RM0.10, considering rights trade on 11/6 at RM0.10, hence 0.10 + 0.10 + mother = 0.20++

Every 2 units DVM, u get 4 R + 3 Wa (Provided u take up R @ 0.10 per R.OK

In formulate term

2 dvm > 4 R + 3 wa
(u buy 2 dvm entitled to subscribe 4 R at the price of 0.10 per R and only then entitled to 3 wa (conversion price to be determine later))

Whatever adjustment to the share price is determined by yesterday's closing. adjusted share price based on 13 closing yesterday is 10.5. It's already trading ex today, meaning whatever transaction done today is not entitled to the rights.
