or above 6.5, they are in no rush. A week to go until 20th April. Those who bought OR, will most likely subscribe or suffer losses. Shareholders who got for free, can let their OR expire. That's why I said they got a lot of moves.

Yes, that would be the best. Mother price climbs, they'll get monies to turn company around either from OR subscriptions and/or warrant A/B being exercised.

tiongkeat, the rights issue will still go ahead regardless whether shareholders subscribe or not as the major shareholder had undertaken to subscribe 200m shares (entitlements + excess shares application) to raise min RM10m!

打死我都不相信KGROUP不会跑回10 cent。（目前来看）
短期看上15 cent 左右。（3 个月）
长期来看，20 cent。（6个月年至9个月）

这段时间收票/累计票数。（不要去看跌或涨）
什么都值得，好过买进，又卖出。

I can not understand why many peoples bought mother shares at 7 to 10 sen ?
I bought OR at 1.5 sen , after subscribing for it with 5 sen, my cost is 6.5 sen with 0.5 WB free ...and I had asked many shareholders sold mother shares at 8 sen , and bought OR at 1.5 sen... do you think that it is a wise move ?

Not just like any investment, the QR is history already, dun look at history.
But, Look at Prospect of Future.
如果还/只是留意以前季报的话，没有看前面走的路，（你走路不是倒后走的）
公司就不用再作企业活动了，签MOU。
目前，KGROUP 是唯一的tech stocks 与两间公司签MOU。
一些都已经涨100-200%，
Kgroup 只有区区的20%罢了。

Hehe, you shouldn't expect good fundamentals from a below 10 cent stock IF you want to buy it. If you managed to find one, you strike gold. It's cheap for a reason. What you should expect is growth, future plans etc.
