That director has very small shareholding

Disposal by people like that is usually because of "impatience". Usually is because they want some quick money. This is my genuine belief, not sweet talking you.

Same thing happened before for IQ. The kwailo CEO sold bits and pieces every now and then. He is a salary employee, not taukeh

Did you considered the movement of director on acquisition and also disposal of share during performing share analysis? I am just curious, sometimes people will give buy call when director keep on acquiring the share.

I did

but sometime it is not a good indicator

Focus Lumber boss sold big chunk at 1.40 in early 2015, but the share price now is 2.70. The boss also didn't foresee RM depreciated by so much and the company can make so much money

there are cases whereby the boss "pretend" to dispose to scare you to sell to him. After that he rammed up share price. MMSV boss did that.

In short, it is difficult to tell future price direction from boss buying or selling

this chap is not the only director selling. other directors were selling too earlier. with cheap options and cheap placements, the temptation is too cashed in on the profits.
