This company share totally under value. Even 0.60 also considered under value. Asia now Casino booming, gambling business keep growing and growing. Even Japan also want to build Casino.

esos a major cause of dilution n price disruption n do little as incentive for employee or directors n owners.especially employees because they exercise n flood their shares when prices increases,hence causes sharp fluctuation.

esos 2008 公司定下来了。2009 开始实行。本来2014 结束。后来延长到 2019 。esos 的价钱大概是 市价 减 10% 。所以我们看到的 0.10 和 0.11esos 价钱是因为当时股价低。股价低就没人exercise 。现在股价起了才有人exeecise, 正常。后来我们看到的0.22 esos 价钱是新的esos. 市价减10%, 当时股价也才0.2x 罢了。所以合理。esos 不可以超过公司股票总数的 10% 。所以2009 到 2019 大约1年发行1% 吧。不碍事。

RGB CEO 的formula 。他要在 2018 profit 39M, 股价 0.60, 39M =EPS 0.028, 所以 PE 20.
如果PE 20, 现在 eps 0.0186, 股价现在应该 0.37了
2017 eps 0.023, 股价0.46, 2018 股价 0.56 to 0.60了。
现在是等市场《买不买这个PE20 的帐了》

Roy Wong@ 2016 FY EPS 0.0186, at 0.295, PE now is 15 to 16, high or low 见仁见智. For further price up, we need future earning growth and what PE market is going to give to RGB. My cost is slightly above 0.20 only and a huge cushion to me if the price suddenly U-turn.
CEO projection for 2017's revenue is 2016 + 20%. We hope that this target can materialise. Risk to current RGB is 1. PE 15 to 16 maybe is a bit high to low cap company ( if market value RGB as growth counter then PE 15 maybe reasonable). 2. sudden U-turn of the market may send RGB price lower. 3. If 2017 EPS target fall short of CEO target ....

2007 Net Profit 38M EPS 4.3 CENTS. 2018 如果 Net Profit 39M EPS 2.8 Cents. 2007 负债 1亿 现在 净现金70M. 如果2007 股价 0.60 PE 14 现在 0.285 PE 15, 很难比较了。 大家怎么看 ?
P/S: ESOS 2008 前就有了, 更正一下。

if revenue increase, possoble margin reduced.

以当年的股数, 0.60 = 5.3亿。 profit 39M = 0.60 share price = 5.3亿 market capitalisation。以今天的股数( enlarged share quantity after private placement and esos dilution ) 股价 0.40 已经 = 5.3亿 market capitalisation 了。老板放话 2017 = 2016 + 20%, 如果2018 又 = 2017 + 20%, 那么 0.28 + 20% + 20% = 0.40 股价。"如果"故事 "真的跟着剧情跑, 那么2年后的股价期望定在 0.40 比较实际。除非业务出现超高的成长, 或者市场给予超高的PE 价。
