read the postings above. If we hold 1m shares, we get RM3,000 dividends. If the directors hold 1m ESOS at 0.10, they get RM180,000 profit. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Calvin smelled a rat here!

Directors are tricks and games on sorchai investors instead of doing proper business:

Time after time gave Rm2.50 to Rm3.00

So much time and resources wasted on giving such tiny weeny dividends which is a total waste of precious time.

Also reward themselves with Esos at only 10 cts and 11 cts. Then dumped them for huge profit to con sorchai shareholders.

Latest result also lousy to justify share price.

Don't touch this con stock.

Better sell all and get out
