@Steven Wong. Generally speaking, the mother price will be adjusted after investors acquired their free warrants. This exercise of free warrants is to reward to shareholder, or to improve general interest on company’s stock. Hence, it probably will move up before the issuance of free warrant. Btw the exercise value of the warrant had been fixed at 60 cents

The warrant is free at a ratio of 2:1. The conversion price already announced, only outstanding announcement is the ex-date.

APB Resources Bhd announced more boardroom changes on 15th June 2023, including the appointment of 3 new independent and non-executive directors: Kee Wui Hong, Dang Nguk Ling and Tan Teik Hsiung. Just a day earlier, the group had announced the appointment of Kang Wei Lun as a new independent and nonexecutive director. Kang, Kee and Tan are also independent and non-executive directors of Artroniq Bhd.
