Perisai can generate 16 milion ringgit net profit per QR with current asset. without 102 & 103 riggs expenses.. I guess perisai is better off without these two rigs..

We would like to announce the following additional information as follows:-

(a) The value of the extended contract pertaining to the Supplementary Contract announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 June 2017 is approximately USD 47 million.

Buying perisai is much more cheaper than Ezra.
They need to save perisai too in order to run the company bcos perisai and eol is sharing Alot of asset in perisai .
