31 July 2017, Perisai share may touch 0.20 RM, if the settelment finalized. The new Contract worth 47 Milion USD is sufficient enough to cover all cost and evidence of business as usual for Perisai..

Smart to pay only 20% and get two platform worth 2 Bilion ringgit, ...I think Perisai already pay more then that, i think what left is 20% only. he can finance it from the new 47 milion USD contract already boocked. I am an old investor in Perisai, not conuting my share any more.. I am a long term invetor, not worry about teh daily share price, looking for long term vision. I hold and top up more at this level.

my average same as yours, and i guess many of us have same average arround 0.065 RM. Operator have pushed the share price down to attract new investor i guess. I am not planning to sell any share below 0.20 RM.

I guess Ezra & Perisai will figure it out through EMAS. I am not worry about that. I heard EMAS is bidding on new project and suppose to hire back Kamelia FPSO for a new field. Kamelia FPSO is now undergoing decommissioning and conversion. Today Perisai stock should move up, oil price is up yesterday night, now 48.11 USD.

Keposhare, access to internet is so easy that you can do it while walking these days.. did not understand the last sentence go 0.01 ???. there shoudl be news comming by July 31 regarding teh agreement with EMAS .. also in August 31 teh two new rigs should be handed over to Perisai. hope they get new contract.

Parisian or european prefer to walk or take tram or metro instead of driving car. For long journey they prefer to take flight or high speed train eg train italia ,thalys, eurostar etc. u can see their car most of times idle at the car park.So petroless or electric car wont have much effect on the petrol or the global oil production.perhaps i may wrong.

The share price wont up if the global oil price remain low.
If got new contracrt,the money will be use to pay old debts.perisai need to clear debt first before the price shoot up.Just hope Opec and US shale can reach a aggrement to cut output. Otherwise ,the one dying will be small investor like us .

From the announcement of yesterday, it is confirmed that mr Ravi one of Perisai biggest bond holder, has dropped his charges against Perisai. This means they reach agreement . Next Perisai will be out of PN 17.
