Tan said the group is expecting to bag a sizeable contract from a public listed company for its security operation centre business, which is under the cyber security segment.
He hoeps the cyber security segment will contribute at least 30% to the group's topline for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 (FY16).
"But the bottomline will be less, about 10-15%, because the cost of hardware is high," he noted.
The proprietary software solutions and franchise software system are the largest revenue contributors, with 56% and 35% each.
He said Systech will build a strong foothold in the local market first, before expanding into the overseas market.
Systech is still a good stock to watch after falling from 42 sen to 20 sen. Volume is low but this counter is still in my watchlist. I made good profit last time when I bought at 21 sen and it went to a high of 39 sen. So now it is back to 20 sen. I am slowly accumulating.
Look at Efficen..suddenly wake up and now above 30 sen. Systech will wake up....when it drop below 20 sen, I think the company will start buying back their shares. This is one of the resolution approved during the GM.
Hold tight..... Systech is a good company, paying dividends...and already approved share buy back. Don't give up...Best is now...when the volume is very very low...it means the rebound will be coming...Keep holding. I am slowly accumulating around 20 sen.
(Kuala Lumpur ) Systech business from the impact of the depreciation of the ringgit, and look for the fiscal year turnover and net profit to get double-digit growth.
Systech chief executive 陈福安 after attending the shareholders' meeting that the company more than 40% of turnover comes from abroad, and the dollar-denominated sales.
"This year, we will focus on obtaining contracts from abroad."
In addition, about 95% of the company's internal product development, help to reduce the exchange rate risk.
Looking at 20-30% market share
Systech is mainly engaged in the design, development and implementation of online membership relationship management (eMRM) program, available to direct marketing and retail market membership.
The company in December last year to acquire a 51% stake in Sysarmy, primarily engaged in providing large data analysis and development of network security, network monitoring and other related applications.

He pointed out that, Sysarmy contribution has not been reflected in the book, but later this fiscal year will be filled with 30% of the parent company's turnover contribution.
"The company has not conducted business activities, we managed to get some of the contracts."
Systech plans to expand business in China, the United States and Europe, and the development of new mobile applications.
Chen Fuan said that the time is ripe, it will launch a new application.
"If all the plans in this fiscal year to proceed smoothly, we will get customers from the US and China."
According to statement, despite the challenging economic environment, Systech believe information technology sector in the short term, to achieve strong growth.
Watch out for DPS. In 15 Jan 2016 there will be a court case. If DPS wins, the price will sure rocket. Buy DPS-WB for lesser risk. 10 years expiry. Put this in your watch list.
@huatrex For DPS-WB Start accumulating early..today a lot of people buying DPS and the price already jumped 1 sen...please monitor. 2 more weeks to go...but if you can buy and hold now it is easier to buy rather than to chase when the price start moving.
Buy any price below 20 sen. Previously goreng up to 42 sen. Support at 19 sen. ( Share buy back...indicator of company buying maintaining the support ) Stop loss 18 sen. Another target for me to earn some angpows....
Always buy near support for a lesser risk...once the people start chasing it will be too high to enter. This is the best time to buy because the volume is low and price is low...meaning no more sellers. Buyers are in control.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
