Systech is a fine company with a great potential. However, it is a very small Cap and the enormous volumes in traded shares point clearly at speculation. Therefore the current degree of risk is very high at these prices. TP based on technical analysis without proper business analysis is very risky business. A PE ratio of well over 30 is high and can only be justified when expected profits are exploding
