SHARES in Excel Force MSC Bhd (fundamental: 3/3, valuation: 1.1/3) triggered our momentum algorithm for the third time this month, following trades of 6.2 million shares last Friday, compared with its 200-day average volume of 1.06 million shares.

The counter closed seven sen or 6.31% at RM1.18, after reaching its all-time high of RM1.23.

The single largest shareholder of My EG Services Bhd, Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd, has emerged as a substantial shareholder of the financial service business solution provider.

A bourse filing dated April 26 showed that Asia Internet had bought 38.6 million shares or a 18.669% stake from its executive director, Sun Chin-Chuan, through off-market trades at RM1. Sun is the spouse of the company’s executive chairman and managing director Wang Kuen-Chung.

The counter currently trades at a trailing 12-month price-earnings ratio of 30.38 times and is at 5.62 times its book value.
