Just a simple calculation. After EGM, the boss can subscribe for 169,9++M of new Vivocon shares at .35 = RM59,200 million. He then sell it at mkt price say .80c = RM135,200 million. Instant profit = RM76,000million. RM76 million - RM54 million ( cash paid for taking over Vivocom ) = RM22 million net profit. Who don't want to dump all the new vivocom shares subscribed at .35 immediately to get quick money ?. So the Proposed PP at .98 is just a ploy to make you guys hold unto your shares at .90 b4 the EGM approval for him to dump it later. Correct me if I am wrong.

@buysolow you are right ... the EGM approved make them big bucks money so that explain why it goes down last week. Anyway, this is how the bosses play and expecting the bosses will buy low when we keep losing our money.

So if can just hold else just cut loss.

Also, you guys shall just forget the PP which is a fake news

I agree with all three of you la. I bet anything that is 'propose ' like PP, free warrants, bla bla with not materialize now. All of us get conned from the EGM .35ct new Vivocom share subscription. Even the sand mining is doubtful.

i have buy in all in after see the announcement by Chia last 2 weeks, i believe in his promise and sweet words. i thought a very successful chinese businessman must be honest and smart. i do believe this guy really have ambition to make the company success. who know this Dato Chia is also a big liar!!
Dato chia, if u earn so much money just by cheating people who really believe in ur charactet and ur story, pls do not too proud of this!!

Just hold tight , I believe the boss will not let its share price break its support. Since he wants his company share continuously growing. Share price will become stable soon or might have high chance bounced back anytime

I rmb collecting at 90+ c and then promoting a bit here and selling all at 1.19 - 1.21 after the sand news and then I disappeared.

I knew it is going to be 70-75c range alrdy that time. Now that it happened I do feel pity for those who got trapped here. Simple logic..look at the numbers. This co numbers way worse than even Saudee and yet market cap more than 6 times higher. But people love to donate money to taikos. Learn lo...but I know most will never learn. Hence you all still here.
