Yes, this is indeed a good company. i used to work there for 4 years and knowing the humble MD, Mr Teong Teck Lean, he is low profile, but very determined person.... Unfortunately, i have never bought this counter. Perhaps, i should buy this monday and hold it.. Knowing his personality, i guess he will never let the company down.... :D

The star reported today : GD Express a proposed one-into-two share split and one bonus share for every two subdivided shares.
Does this means that 20 shares becomes 40 shares. Plus 20 bonus shares so total is 60 shares???
Is this good or bad news???

Abundance it did not mention whether bonus includes the additional split or whether the split shares is also entitled to bonus shares.

Tonylim, it did. Wording is confusing. Anyway, here is what I understand. Eg if you got 12 lots. It will first become 24. Then each 2 subdivided shares will mean u receive 12/2 is 6BI. So total is 30 shares. That's my understanding. Anyone can comment if I'm right or wrong?

It is not a bonus.....it is share split.......100 = 200 shares of 5 sen.....then 200 = 300 shares from the split given.....buy....ex price = 1.00
