This a very bad service company, collected goods on Monday until today I still not receive it. This not the first time they delayed in delivery goods to me, so I swear I would never use Gdex to deliver
goods in future. I wonder how high it's share price can go with such lousy service. Let's wait n see.

I called to gdex customer service centre to complain about late delivery twice but until now still not receive the parcel. I have called to branch but nobody picks up. If u go to Facebook and read the comments about Gdex almost all gave very bad or negative complaints. How can u expect a worst courier service company can perform well in future???

Most courier company in Malaysia poses the same & similar issue. You will face the same shit problem (late, slow, out of reach & ask u self pick up, sesat, call you & request ic no & dump your barang into your house) iirregardless which courier company you prefer. Courier business itself is good, but the person who deliver is the problem.

Just heard , am an old man so behind in news, that its Indonesian operation is showing good profits but since GDex's current investment in the Indon operation is via convertible shares, there is no accounting of these profits yet. GDex's share of these profits will come when bonds are converted into shares ie when Indon op is publicly listed. IPO is estimated to be 3 years' time. Indon market is huge so expect significant profit contributions when share conversion happens. GDex share price is at RM 3 now but perhaps in 3 years' time, it will be RM 15 ?
