At this economic situation , doing fintech business that lend out loan. Bank revenue and profit also drop. That is why they consider to do the business in indonesia and not malaysia. At least indonesia got better economic potential with all the foreigner investor and not so tight gov policy. company are pumping stock up just to use investor money to taste the business. i think so.

Indeed. It cost the management nothing but the shareholders something in this game. As far as ASAP is concerned, there are 2 major legal exposures: 1. The Sporty Beans involving 45m exposure and 2. Ex owner involving 11m, all these despite the earlier subscribers of the rights issue paying 73m with no guaranteed profits at sight but a cumulative 56m legal exposure, and with 2 surfacing, the joint guarantee by previous owners on the 45m Sporty Beans exposure remain, potentially unclear. Thinking about it.....could this be a reason on why the director disposed massively over the last few weeks?
