OS or warrant better in long run?

For long term, OS is better.

For example,

if a Warrant RM0.30
(conv price RM1.00)
OS (RM1.20)
No person will exercise the conversion.

You can make profit of RM0.10 if the Warrant did become RM0.40 even the OS still at RM1.20 only. The time was when the expiry could be far away.

BUT when nearing the expiry, the Warrant will somehow be transacted from RM0.40 or RM0.50 to RM0.20 only within that limited time so be same as the OS price of RM1.20 which may have remained the same for along while.

You need to monitor the Warrant closer.

The movement is almost the same when it started the bull run when tge warrants at around 14c. There is no sign of fatigue or sign of disposal. The China and Singapore investor really protect their investment. They are not disposing a single shares indicating they are very confidence with the company. I personally believed GP will go beyond rm1 or even rm1.50 when the projects starts to come in or even bigger things may happens such as take over.

This is my personal view. Decision is yours.

Not. Even the Warrant turned RM0.41 , it won't convert automatically but no one will covert if the Ordinary Share is below RM0.80 (Wb RM0.40 + Cov Price RM0.40).

Yes. Your cost will be RM0.45 for one ordinary share. Basically, your rights are booked and you have until the expiry date to convert the warrants unless you wanted to realise your profits by selling the warrants.
