We are pleased to inform that Green Packet Berhad and Tencent have on 26 November 2021, signed a supplemental addendum to further crystallize the business operation plans and commitments over a 3-year period to include the following matters:



Tencent and Green Packet Berhad have come to an agreement to jointly commit to building a Cloud Computing Services business that will utilize a minimum of 2,000 servers by the end of the 3rd year of operations. Tencent will leverage on its global customer base and Green Packet Berhad will leverage on its local Malaysian customer base to build the Cloud Computing Services business. As part of launching the services, the Company will enter into a Lease and Co-location Service agreement with a Data Centre in Malaysia that meets Tencent’s technical requirements to ensure the services are launched in 2022.
