Bro look at my previous post about Ricky Wong and the existing major shareholders. They dont get along fine that is why the GO is called off. Why the company need to do a private placement ? and the do a buy back ?and also acquire the remaining balance of the sunsidiary ? is all heading to take money out of the company and dilute the shareholding of Ricky . Hope is free and yet time consuming .Better to sell and focus on more straight forward company
