Answer : Launch next year but starting tomorrow savers allow to switch until 23rd December!

There's a reason for my pick today! Tomorrow EPF will open counter for those who decide to switch! I actually waited for today! And it's a first come first serve basis! No! It's open until 23rd Dec! Cheers!

I only make my 2017 1st stock pick for Bimb public as my principle is, sharing is caring!
As for your question!
1) There is no restriction for non to switch to EPF syariah funds! I am not in position to advise you! Please go to nearest EPF and consult with their staff! Switch when you think you are well inform! But I think the first year dividend will be quite high! Decision is yours! Do not blame me if variables are not in your favour! Likewise, you must make your own decision!
2) I think I already answer your question!
3) Well, I don't know! Wait! You didn't ask 3rd question!

It is very rare for me to pick something half a year before the year begins!
But it's no brainer actually to see that EPF full syariah compliance fund will see it's 100 billion definitely into buying Bimb! And it's no brainer to see, Bimb is the only syariah compliance banking stock in bursa! Starting this month, savers will be given a choice to switch form conventional EPF savings to full syariah compliance fund! Somewhat with majority of savers are muslims, I am definitely sure they will switch to this new fund! Given Bimb extremely undervalue market price, and a very limited free float in the market, it won't take much to wallop remaining stocks!
The reason for my half year pick is very obvious! Accumulate early! Early bird gets the worms!

For 2nd half of 2016 and perhaps my 3rd pick for the last, probable the last this year, I have chosen Aax since Airasia already met my target of 3.00! I believe Aax will hit 70 cents by year end given the low market price of oil! Since Aax hedge 100% of it's fuel, 2017 should be another profitable year! With such a bright outlook, I believe Aax will continue to scale higher even after 2016!

It's quite rare for me to gamble on stock pick! But I strongly believe Fgv is at turning point since the worst of palm oil is over! Fgv is my 2nd rate pick the year 2016! Grab it cheap, have a nice journey on the way up! Next quarter will see a turn around for Fgv! For me Zhong Ling deal is the right path to capture China market directly bypassing all the middlemen! If you can't stand the heat, then buy Jtiasa instead! Both are winners! Cheers!

For 2016, my only pick is AirAsia! Closing price 31/12/15 is rm 1.29, will be starting price! My target is rm 3.00!

AA was made lost on yr 08 -471mil, but turn ard on yr 09 gain profit 549mil, further yr 2010 gain 1,066mil(1.06bil), further record profit on yr 2012 1,878mil(1.87bil). From yr 2009 to 2010 Jet fuel price maintain low price after oil big drop after US crisis. This round 2015 oil go back yr 2009 level, if this price maintain till end of 2016, can forecast AA gain big profit, once good FS result, don't care price drop till 1.00 or lower. Unlike MAS management, AA hv been able to show profit capability for continuous of 6 years. Don't you think AA will have bad result on next quarter? Think yourself & make correct decision
