12 right issue + 7 free warrant for every 2 existing.....means that u need to subcribe right issue to gain a 0.005 free warrant....
Example:
u have 100000 share
After consolidate u have 10000 share
U have to pay additional Rm5400 (12 ri x 5 x 0.09)
After u pay RM5400 baru u dapat 7 free warrant which is cost around Rm175 (7 free × 5 x 0.005)

U can see top 30 shareholder conquer 26% from total, Asiabio 6% and Hongkie united 10.5%. Total up 42.5% ... means that this company no significant boss 1... so i have no idea who will take out such money to eat those RI....how many % u estimate will successfully subcribe??
