Further to the announcement made on 10 August 2017 in relation to the collaboration
agreement between Onliner Co. Ltd. (“Onliner”) and Multimedia Research Labs Sdn. Bhd.
(“MRL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mlabs to share and exploit their IT technologies to
develop new markets in Thailand and overseas, the Company wishes to announce that MRL
has on 3 October 2017 entered into a collaboration agreement (“Collaboration Agreement”)
with Payallz Sdn. Bhd. (“PayAllz”) and Onliner for the establishment of the collaboration and
exploration of opportunities to develop, support, implement plans and undertake activities to
enhance Chatuchak’s free Wi-Fi business that is mutually beneficial to the parties
(“Collaboration”).

2. DETAILS OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1 Salient Terms of the Collaboration Agreement
Scope of Collaboration
The parties agree to collaborate in the following areas:-
(i) PayAllz to provide financial technology that provides mobile payment, e-wallet and
loyalty program together with online shopping solutions to shoppers at Chatuchak
market in Bangkok;
(ii) MRL to develop indoor mapping technology to allow shoppers to locate and navigate
Chatuchak market through the use of smartphones;
(iii) Onliner to manage the day-to-day operations of the project, its Wi-Fi and e-commerce
services and facilities; and
(iv) Quality assurance/control services are to be agreed, complied with, and enforced by
