another question is do we really need fill and finish? what if they already come in ready vials?

in what circumstances do you think China company will make you profit RM10 per head, and let you distribute to all SEA countries?

sweet fairy tale.

MOH already approved Solution fill n finish facilities.

Posted by tradesafely > 2020-12-21 20:26 | Report Abuse

and where is that facility now? in thin air?

Posted by tradesafely > 2020-12-21 20:30 | Report Abuse

again, i reiterate my intention here is to point out that the current price is illogical to enter.

potential upside, if any, is pure speculation.
potential downside: you're looking at a bottomless pit.

those who have entered low, congrats and there's no point asking you all to sell because most of you have fallen in love with this counter. good luck.

*Only 30 % of population is from the purchase of Pfizer in line with the Government proposal.

* 70% is from other sources .

* 35% (half of 70%)of population is assumed from the purchase of solu, that is 10 million people( 35% x total population of 30 m )

* profit margin after tax (PAT) is rm 10 per bottle per head (min) assumed to be derived from sale of solu ,that is rm 100 million profit after tax ( rm 10 x10 m).

Note the profit margin after tax of rm 10 per bottle per head is considered very low.it is believed to be higher than rm 10.

* solu share base is 364 million

* expected EPS would be rm 0.27( rm 100m / 364 million shares)

*modest PE is assumed to be 10

*TP would be rm 2.70( min)

In conclusion, the current price is justifiable...

So every year they sell different vaccine?

PE10 = 10 years, 10 different vaccines with equal profits?

Posted by tradesafely > 2020-12-21 20:47 | Report Abuse

even if in the best case scenario of the profits mentioned by joyvest above:

1) how is it sustainable?

2) no need any cost - facilities, staffs, logistics... RM10 per head so easy like that? then why don't every company do this as well?

it is at best a one-off 27 cents per share in REVENUE, not PROFIT.

Answer is all 3 lah. money, connection and shareholder.

Temasek is a shareholder of BioNTech lah. Temasek on paper gain dunno how much now even though BioNTech is loss making company so far lah. Now is their chance to make a lot of money lah. Pfizer also has plant in Spore too. Dunno can produce
vaccine or not only. Connection also good with major pharma companies. most importantly got strong Singapore dollar to buy lah. Correct?

Singapore is believed to have spent usd 250 million for purchase of Pfizer on the basis of 5 million population including foreign workers at USD 50 per 2 doses including logistics costs

For Malaysia where 30 % of the population is from the purchase of Pfizer. The total purchase cost is believed to be USD 450 million (rm 1.6 billion)on the basis of 9 million population (30%) at usd 50 per 2 doses.

If Malaysia would like to get 100% of population for Pfizer,it would cost Malaysia usd 1.5 b ( rm 6 billion)

Thats why Malaysia gets 30% only. even that,it costs Malaysia a bomb.

Base on announcement by spore to give free vaccine to all citizen and half million PR from Malaysia, that mean covid vaccine has to be control, monitor, and implement by country Moh.
I think Malaysia will also follow this procedure as Kheiry already hinted many times that any company can sign mou with what ever companies but final approval is from Moh. That mean can forget about companies who claimed to signed Mou with ABC companies. I am worry for newbie who are still inside hwgb, bintai n solution !!!!! I see big avalanche coming !!!!!!

Mou is secondary.

What matters is who got the proven product?.

Who has been authorised to supply the proven product?.

The answer is clear....we are not in the wrong counter here.

The new kid 's concern has no cause of concern.
