Agree. Many stocks also never give dividend what the fuss China counters cannot give? At least Xinghe ever paid dividend 2 years ago.

In April 2014 - a large number of share has been transferred by Perfect Timing Holding to Virgin Island, British and share price shoot up from 5cent to 25cent.. followed by in Feb 2015 again large number of share been transferred by Perfect Timing Holding to Virgin Island, British and share price shoot up from 6cent to 13cent... in October 2016 they transferred again ...this time share price will shoot up again and how much?
