CAP, MSport, XDL, semuanya sama, business 100 juta, balloon ke 1000 juta, rugi 20 juta, ikrar untung 50 juta, bank kosong tapi declare Ada 150 juta . sering kali minta shareholders ikan bilis advance payment untuk expansion, syarikat China ni semuanya satu tactic je, untung ratus juta tapi tak bagi dividen, lagi mau buat rights issue bersama free warrant, con man company semuanya.

Not logic. Local stocks also ask for money for expansion. Latest example is MBSB, Tien Wah, etc. In past stock like Born Oil also ask for RI but Xinghe case still never RI despite only 4.5 sen and managed to give dividend and free warrants not long ago.

If go to Ramadan bazaar I prefer cheap nasi briyani, murtabak, kuih etc than those served in 5 star hotel for same type of food. Why when come to stocks expensive stocks is preferred over cheap one? Is it Comcorp, Bornoil, etc pay good dividend for their so call good profit?

CSL is real cheap but lacks creditability even their co is not exercising share buyback.It is better to wind up and dissolve all the assets and get back the proceeds after liquidation which runs to billion than get listed here..

Bosses hold majority shares...more than 70%....bosses decided on the shares price not market....big dividen back to own pocket, no dividen good for factory expansion,..very chinaman type of business model...with low on share price, less attention less fluctuating..pay less to de-list too...either way bosses gain...CONTROL !
