TPY sold off direct interest held under JF Apex nominees.

Consider this:If TPY were to issue shares of Nexgram to take over his block of 57.5M shares(value 92M) in Protasco would he

a) value Nexgram @ 30cents like the Bidang Lagenda purchase(306M shares)

b) value at market eg 10cent ie he will get 920M shares.

How would you vote??
