逾万组织加入合作社联盟 拥3000公顷投资用途地

（怡保４日讯）马来西亚合作社联盟（ＡＮＧＫＡＳＡ）主席拿督阿都法达指出，该联盟属下总共拥有3000公顷土地可作为投资用途。

他透露，共有将近1万2000个合作社组织加入这个联盟，在国内准备推出三项屋业及公寓投资项目。

他说，首个投资项目是在马六甲州阿罗牙也一个占地６公顷地段进行总值700万令吉的屋业计划，次个投资项目是涉及５亿令吉的住宅及商业综合发展计划，所涉及的土地面积达到７０公顷；第三项投资项目是在霹州太平一个占地１公顷地段耗资3000万令吉，兴建公寓的投资项目。

他是周三出席马来西亚合作社联盟霹雳州分会的一项常年会议后，向媒体发表谈话。

他表示，在今日召开的霹州分会会议当中，有代表提出要求该联盟协助解决会员无法摊还投资不动产的银行贷款问题。

他说，为了避免出现会员因为财务问题无法摊还贷款，所投资的产业被拍卖的问题，该联盟准备给予协助，包括接管会员的贷款。

询及会员无法摊还贷款的问题是否严重的问题时，他说，该联盟会向马来西亚合作社委员会了解有关的情况。

另一方面，他透露，该联盟已经推介电讯卡予属下的800万名会员，而申请有关的电讯卡可以享有一些商业方面的优惠。

他说，有关的电讯卡可以在7－eleven便利店及国油加油店加额。

他相信，随着这项推出电讯卡的服务，可以为该联盟每年带来将近千万令吉的营收。
