（吉隆坡3日訊）億豐控股（NEXGRAM，0096，創業板科技）旗下房產發展臂肩億豐置地，預計通過賽城和布城綜合發展計劃，預計未來5年獲利2億9300萬令吉。

　億豐控股總執行長鄭博毅通過文告指出，上述兩項房產項目料在今年中開始動工。

　“這些房產項目預計可加強億豐置地未來可預見淨利，並且也是公司多樣化業務、進軍房產領域的里程碑。”

　該公司賽城房產計劃將由MyAngkasa建築私人有限公司以11億令吉完全收購，包括商店、高端小型辦公室、多功能住宅、酒店和企業辦公樓。

　億豐置地指出，布城房產計劃會與Top Valley房產公司共同發展，包括3棟住宅大樓，這項計劃將會以4億令吉銷售給MyAngkasa建築。
