What do punters of shares know about property. Short sighted lor like here. Today shout up tomorrow shout down. First year is spending cost, if profit then something wrong. Many billion dollar projects are develop by 2 dollar private companies lah. What so special. Most property players build then sell, financing is by bank, and buyers also get bank finance purchase. Developers don't actually bare a lot of cost. Interest and cost all build into buyers bill, paid by bank. The way people speculate is like asking where EPF got so much money to invest in stocks. "you" contribute mah, you don't know meh?

No matter what formula in investment, buy low then sell high. If low enough if I am owner, I buy lor. You better sell. Later result comes in then you buy lor. I sell. Keep it on!

Also one funny part about this company is whenever most people forgot about it, it will slowly goes up. When everybody talk too much, it will goes down. Reverse psychology. Time to sell, sell faster. You don't sell other people how to buy? My 2 cents.

I wonder why so careful they build the property project. So steady until only spend slowly, brave a bit lah. Don't bother the flys here, focus and give investors results. I buy 10 more lots tomorrow.

Anybody average down here? I can see flat because of market all down. Year end if prop profit comes in maybe got hope up 15 cents. My cost 11 cents maybe buy more average down.

No matter how they include all the earnings, including the profit guarantee from Sensorlink into this qr, it won't make the EPS better than last qr or last year report because total share has increased. It's a better move by reserving some earnings for next qr or new financial year. Time to buy now!
