Rosland was Senior Vice President of Serba Dinamik until September 2019. He sold SCIB recently and most probably used it acquire ESCERAM with the money.

Rosland previously was VP of Serba Dinamik and now he hold a position as Managing Director of SCIB.
Welcome Rosland to be substantial shareholder of Esceram and hope he, Rosl and current management will bring Esceram to the next level and benefited all other shareholders...

Highly unlikely but I reckon 10 mil would already be very good. Expansion is not on yet and pricing power cannot push up to 5X more. We need to be realistic. Returning 40 mil on any financial year would already be excellent.
