During the MCO many beginners signed up for on line trading. They look up to i3investor for stock tips. Of course its up to them to listen or ignore. Seems to be an over promotion on Esceram here. Yes its low gearing and potential synergy with glove manufacturers looks appealing. Beginners would say to take profit (if possible) on day trade. For longer term look at many blue chip stocks which are on cheap now.

All others including blue chip will crash

I had never thought that this ESCERAM will be so highly dangerously explosive... Well, congrats to those who had been riding on the wind!

ESCERAM did have cash, trade receivables and trade payables in USD, Thai Baht and Euro. The point i want to bring out here is, if we convert all their cash and trade receivables to RM, the number will increase significantly around 14%.

Let me surface out the important piece of information. The local glove giants (Top Glove, Hartalega, Kossan and Supermax) aim to boost their annual production capacity by spending over RM3 billion as part of their long term capacity expansion plans. There are rumours that big giant companies plan to buy over ESCERAM, but how sure is that, it is just rumours...

So those bulls which rested and recharged will then rise up to overtake them

bad day for glove n covid19 related counters. everytime oil price awake, people run away to oil and gas counters again. trying to sell esceram at 37 sen today and gonna go for KNM, oil and gas and ethanol manufacturer. yes, ethanol demand is on the rise due to corona virus ;)
