Thanks for the details.

Looks like Genetec is into providing assembly line +equipment for EV and battery.

Then means this company wouldn't be that attractive as compared with EV manufacturers or EV battery manufacturers.


It reminds me of glove manufacturers like Harta, Topglove, Supermax vs assembly line providers like HLT Global, AT Systemization

In China, EV shares are not overvalued. But in Malaysia, it is totally different. China manufacture the cars itself such as Xpeng, Geely, Li Auto, Xiaomi, Dongfeng Motor. In Malaysia, small components parts only, such as led lights etc..

Thanks newbie8080. I was told to avoid EV manufacturers at all cost as most of them are loss making and trading at silly valuation. Instead I was told to look at EV component manufacturers. That was how me and my friends started tracking Genetec, Greatec etc
