@sam8888 Wholeheartedly agreed to it. This has become another classic pump and dump stock. I came to the realization that the bullish players that were once an optimist came to disappear entirely.

Still pondering on the effects of these "operator" devillish scheme of things by writing nuisance hype statements to induce active buying pressure.

@jacky9599 Thanks to @aarontan1987's advice as well that I managed to get out in time at above 50 too

really don't understand how this PP works, I thought in order to entice people to invest, the fair price should be at least the 5 days average price of PP which is 0.455, then it makes sense for investors to lock in their money. but the price is moving towards the offer price which is 0.415, who would want to put money in and get locked up but price difference from market is so close? someone please correct me if my thoughts are wrong.

Hi sam8888,private placement is only open for specific investor, usually the private investor is all related or having network with the company director/ big player so that it is unnecessary to consider whether they will buy the PP or not. You should consider WHY the company do PP when the company is full of cash. When the company do private placement not for funding purpose what will be the other reason? I think this will be a very good point for you to think.

@sam8888, The cost of setting 3rd plant in existing factory will be incurring 12mil of capex. If you look closely to the fund they received from warrant converting, they already have enough money for this expansion plan. There is no point for them to raise more fund for this 3rd line.
